The Cat Concierge Pledge

We are a registered pet minder business and hold professional business and public liability insurance. Our cat concierges are qualified in pet first aid, cat care and welfare and hold accredited pet sitting certification. 

Once your booking is confirmed and your visits are assigned to our diary we require seven days notice to cancel your cat sitting services. We carefully plan our work and manage our time slots and last minute changes result in a loss of income as there may not be time to resell these appointments. Regrettably cancellations made with less than seven days notice will be charged in full.

The fee for your booking should be received by us before the first day of your cat sitting assignment. We are a small business and appreciate our clients settling their accounts in a timeous manner as this helps us concentrate on looking after your pets!  We don't ask for deposits or booking fees we simply add your cat's name to our diary for the dates you have requested.

Payments may be made by BACS to: Bank of Scotland Acc:01121124 SC:804826 or via PayPal to deedolittles@yahoo.com. If you prefer to pay by cash or cheque please arrange this at the time of booking.

When you register with us and arrange your initial meet and greet we will ask that you provide us with the keys to your property. We recommend keeping your keys on file with us free of charge as this arrangement is convenient should you ever need us last minute or in an emergency. During busy periods we will give priority to clients who hold their keys on file with us. Should you prefer for your keys to be returned after your cat sitting assignment we will arrange to return these within 7 days. Subsequent key collections will then be charged at £8 per pickup.
